copper incense holder

Inspired by the celebrated Barcelona daybed designed by Mies van der Rohe in 1938. The bed is made from oak with a layer of polished copper, the 'bolster' and supports are both in walnut. The walnut cylinder has two small holes for the incense sticks. The copper plate has been brushed with fine wire wool and has been not been lacquered. It can be left to tarnish or cleaned with metal polish and a soft cloth.
