Who's Afraid of Red, Yellow&Blue
This unique modular mirror consists of three painted panels and a 4mm mirror with polished edges mounted on oak. It was inspired by the American artist Ellsworth Kelly.
The four panels have no fixed arrangement and they may be configured as desired in many combinations. Use all four parts, or fewer, and you may change the order of the colours as you wish.
Some examples are shown on the slide show but there are many more. This, like all our modular mirrors, can also be made to order - choose your own sizes, wood mounting and colours.
The square panels have split battens on all four sides and the mirror has two on the long and short sides. This means that the painted panels can be rotated, hanging square or on a diagonal, while the mirrored panel can be in a landscape or portrait format.
This greatly extends the possibilities as to how this work can be displayed. In effect, it not one mirror but many, and invites the owner to be creative.
